Cambridge Conference Solutions (CCS) was established in 2013 when a small group of seasoned corporate and casual travellers realised their needs were not being met by the industry leaders. CCS creates bespoke solutions for travel, conferencing and events no matter how small or large. From tailored holidays and overseas experiences to conference management, accomodation co-ordination and restaraunt bookings - we do it.
Consumer opinion has come to be shaped by the reviews of other inexperienced travelers who are able to post their opinions on global forums. In many cases these reviewers will not share the same passions, cultural yearnings and needs of our clients. We personally travel extensively in order to provide a high quality experience. We work closely with our customers, getting to know them and exactly what they like. We're not just talking about an adventure holiday vs. beach holiday here. For the past five years our experience in the business sector has seen us work with industry leaders, providing them with holistic solutions for their conferencing and travel needs. We pride ourselves on having incredibly efficient lines of communication and each company has a completely different profile depending on their requirements. Events, flight bookings, accommodation and car rental are the primary provision for our corporate customers but this is often enhanced to include restaurant bookings, taxis, preference requests, airport lounge access and experience days.
